Activate Portal User
Set the password for your PDRX control-panel account to activate your access.
Platform Login
Sign in to manage tenants, licensing, and client access.
Create Client
Load a new client, create the tenant record, and assign the initial license.
Clients
Search and open a client to manage their license and support access.
Select a client
Choose a client from the list to view more detail, change the license, or log into their system.
Use an application to prefill Create Client, then confirm the subdomain and license plan before the portal is created.
Import one CSV for all clients. Each row is matched to the client subscription by billing reference, then the renewal cycle is moved forward for successful payments.
Create Portal User
Add a control-panel administrator. An activation email will be sent to set their password.
Portal Users
Manage control-panel access, resend activation emails, and keep admin users current.
